    The best gym in the area. The staff is super friendly & accommodating. The trainers are knowledgeable, make sure you understand the workouts, demonstrates the movements and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, informed and that you are being the best you can. The facility is clean,organized & has ample room and equipment. There's no gym, staff or trainers more knowledgeable and friendly. Love NEPA FC

    NEPA Fit Club has and is the best at helping me gain strength, lose some weight and learn to eat healthier. Mike goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend you stop by and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
